Truck modeling: Plenty of space for small hulks
The model trucks are in their element on the more than 600 square meter truck courses in the scales 1 : 8 and 1 : 16. For the detailed and lovingly designed miniature worlds, more than 160 m³ of soil are distributed and modeled in the hall, hundreds of little plants are arranged into natural landscapes, seeds are planted, roads and intersections are laid out, and numerous buildings and facilities are constructed. Dedicated associations tinker over scale design plans weeks in advance and every year anew. After the long preparation period, the “blooming country sheep” are finally filled with life: Tractors are tilling the fields, the construction site is bustling with activity, and with the help of numerous trucks, busy loading and unloading traffic is underway.
Moderated demonstrations show the most beautiful models in action and provide interesting insights into how the models work.
