Xtreme Cars: VW Bulli in all scales

Xtreme Cars: VW Bulli in all scales It all started in 2009, when Beat Steiner bought a VW Bus T1 in absolutely desolate condition.
After eight (!) years of work, the bus shone like new again.
Beat Steiner converted all the windows so that they could be folded down.
His wife, who has since sadly passed away, sewed the entire interior herself.
When Beat Steiner became a grandfather and held the little creature in his hands, he had the idea of adding a small bus to the back of the bus.
So he built a 1:2.5 scale model.
Initially with an electric motor, but now with a 125cc motorcycle petrol engine.
All functions can be operated both manually (when driving) and by remote control.
He uses VW Beetle windshield wiper motors as servos.
The model stands on a self-built trailer that can be tilted.
Also with a remote-controlled cable winch.
After that, more and more models were added, first a 1:5 scale model, of course with motor and remote control, plus a trailer with remote control.
Then a 1:8 scale model, also with all functions.
On all models, the windows can be opened and closed using a home-made remote control.
Later, further models were added in all scales, the smallest is just 2cm tall and is still in the embryonic phase!
You can admire the VW Bulli models and the original in Hall A3!
